Baby Dedication Registration and Policy

- Registration must be completed a minimum of two weeks prior to the requested Sunday.
- Any Sunday is available for dedications with three exceptions:
  • Easter
  • Backyard Bash (2nd Sunday of Sept.)
  • Sunday before Christmas
- Multiple families can sign-up for dedications on the same Sunday.
- Complete Registration form (below) in it's entirety.
